Tokyo Seimitsu Announces Selection of "Prime Market" on Tokyo Stock Exchange under its New Market Segments

TOKYO SEIMITSU CO., LTD. (the Company) announced today submitted applications to choose "Prime Market" on Tokyo  Exchange under its New Market Segments in accordance with endorsement of Board of Directors meeting.

 

Note that the Company had received the notification from Tokyo Stock Exchange Inc. that the Company had met continued listing criteria of Prime Market on the new market segments.
