12. Media Relations

Any information that could be interpreted as an official ACCRETECH Group comment should be provided to the press (news media, research organizations, reporters, websites, social media, etc.) only by the corporate communications, investor relations, or other departments given the authority to deal with the press. ACCRETECH Officers and Employees do not express any comment that could be interpreted as an official ACCRETECH Group comment to the press without obtaining prior permission of ACCRETECH Group.

ACCRETECH Officers and Employees should not disclose any information related to ACCRETECH Group or its business to the press without obtaining prior permission of ACCRETECH Group to protect confidential or personal information.

ACCRETECH Officers and Employees should always keep in mind that they are a member of ACCRETECH Group and act with care and honesty at workplace, public places or over the Internet. Particularly on the Internet, ACCRETECH Officers and Employees should be aware that there are many unspecified viewers with diverse background, that information cannot be completely deleted once distributed on the Internet, and that information they send can be misleading or invite malicious intentions, and act with care and honesty.
