Features
An objective lens that handles a variety of surface properties
An objective lens for use with white light interference measurement and an objective lens for observation and focus variation measurements offer a range of magnifications from 2.5x to 100x. In addition, we also offer a long working lens with a working distance of 26 mm. We propose objective lenses that match the surface properties of workpieces and the purpose of analysis.
Handling large workpieces
For large workpieces, we propose a column spacer that raises the column height by 130 mm, an electric XY stage that enables selection of the XY movement range, and a high-rigidity tilt stage that improves load resistance.
Other accessories
We respond to various requests such as changing from the standard specification of the passive vibration isolation table to the active vibration isolation table, installing an optimal windproof cover for measurements in an environment with a wind such as with an air conditioner, the earthquake counter-measure of lateral slip prevention, and changes to the stage top plate size.
