Stylus and stylus/arm of a variety of lengths and shapes extend the range of measurements
Stylus for surface roughness measurement and stylus/arm for contour measurement are among the essential elements in contact-type measurement. By selecting these suitably to match the measurement locations and using them, it is possible to draw out the correct surface properties and shapes for the workpiece. We offer a wide variety of stylus and stylus/arm. These include: a short underhead type for small hole measurement; a long underhead type for deep groove measurement; a type that can measure recessed corners; and, a type that can simultaneously measure surface roughness and contour shape. In addition, we also support production of made-to-order items to match the customer's needs. Not only do we offer detailed customizations such as “I want a stylus with a long shaft of a few mm more,” we offer optimal specifications after asking about the details of the request.
Adjustment devices and holding devices that can set the workpiece without any trouble
In order to accurately measure surface roughness and contour shape, the workpiece must be held in an appropriate posture, and the position and angle must be adjusted before measurement so that the measuring device can correctly trace the measurement points. Our company lineup includes: adjustment equipment such as XY tables and rotating tables of both manual type and CNC type, and tilting tables; and, holding equipment such as vises or V-tables. We provide the optimal combination to enable easy, trouble-free, and accurate setting of the workpiece.
Other accessories
We provide a variety of accessories such as a column spacer suitable for the height and depth of a workpiece and a drive part spacer, a connect rod that enables measurement deep inside a hole, an anti-vibration platform that reduces the vibrations from the floor, and accessories specially for portable type measuring instruments.
