If a customer’s clean room is significantly damaged by an earthquake, fire or other natural disaster, we will deal with the situation promptly according to the SEAJ (Semiconductor Equipment Association of Japan) guidelines.
“The Guideline and Checklist for Clean Room Entry and Tasks after the Occurrence of a Natural Disaster“ provided by the SEAJ (Semiconductor Equipment Association of Japan) is the standard for permission and judgment concerning clean room entry and tasks after a disaster has occurred.
Confirmation of precision and operation, etc. after recovery from the disaster
After the recovery from the disaster, we will accept requests to confirm the precision and operation of each piece of equipment.
