PRISMO® SensorFit
Various sensors can be added to "PRISMO®" for even greater functionality
The inclusion of SensorFit with Carl Zeiss's proven high-end "PRISMO®" machines not only ensures a high level of precision, but upgrades the machines to high-functionality "PRISMO®."
It makes a single PRISMO® unit capable of image measurements, surface roughness measurements, non-contact scanning, and other types of measurements, eliminating the need for operating multiple measuring instruments for different types of measurement.
The SensorFit proposal is flexible for new and old PRISMO®.
Also, the addition of a rotary table further increases measurement productivity.
ZEISS RDS
Using this in tandem with a VAST XXT sensor is effective when measurement productivity is needed more than absolute precision.
The 2.5°pitch, omni-directional rotating head allows for predictable angle control of 20,736 positions.
ZEISS DotScan
The DotScan non-contact white light optical distance sensor has an extremely small spot diameter that can scan workpieces with glass surfaces or glossy textures easily from any angle.
ZEISS ViSCAN
ViSCAN is a non-contact probe that can be mounted to an RDS head.
This is ideal for workpieces that cannot be measured by a contact-type probe such as tiny workpieces where physical contact is not possible, parts with small holes and grooves, and soft workpieces that readily deform.
ZEISS LineScan2
LineScan2 is a non-contact laser probe that can be mounted to an RDS head. It quickly acquires large volumes of point data for easy measurement of surface structures, and is ideal for reverse engineering from point data.
ZEISS ROTOS
ROTOS is a surface roughness and waviness sensor that can be mounted to a VAST gold head. This means a single coordinate measuring machine can be used for fully automatic measurements of dimensions, shapes, geometric tolerance, and surface roughness, eliminating the need for using separate surface texture measuring instruments or manually moving workpieces.
