Tokyo Seimitsu Held Supplier Session for Sustainability Activities

Tokyo Seimitsu Co., Ltd. (the Company) held an "Supplier Session for Sustainability Activities" at Tokyo Tama Mirai Messe (in Hachioji City, Tokyo) on Tuesday, July 22 as part of its sustainable procurement activities. A total of 83 companies (including online participants) attended the session.
In the session, we explained our policy* and sustainability activities. Additionally, we also asked for the understanding and cooperation of the suppliers regarding sustainability activities including the following points.
Human rights due diligence to reduce the risk of human rights abuses
No use of conflict minerals
Environmentally friendly procurement (green procurement)
Information security countermeasures
We believe that it is important to engage in procurement activities throughout the supply chain to fulfill our social responsibilities in order to contribute toward a sustainable society. We will continue to value its relationships with the suppliers to enhance sustainable procurement activities.
