Jigs and Fixtures (center, table, chuck, and vise)
We provide various types of jigs and fixtures that can handle a variety of applications including from shafts with a small center hole to shafts with a large hole, centerless shafts, from shafts of small diameter to shafts of large diameter, or the outer race of constant velocity joints and as far as cylindrically shaped workpieces other than shafts such as pistons.
Other accessories
Besides jigs and fixtures, we also provide: roller blinds to protect the measurement section from dust and dirt when Shaftcom is not operating; a changer rack for use with contact-type probes; the factory shipping option, HpHS - a head stock that suppresses vibration errors even better than the standard head stock, enabling higher precision measurement; a rack and stand for monitor installation; as well as a check master that can be used for daily precision confirmation.
