XYZAX AXCEL PH
The coordinate measuring machine is equipped with a probe head for use with point measurement and comes with the triple combination of high precision, high speed, and high resistance to environmental factors.
It can be equipped with various types of probes and a variety of extensions, and through the probe’s high precision positioning, as well as handling all conditions and a variety of applications, it achieves precise measurements.

The driver of each axis uses a newly developed driving mechanism to enable high-speed and stable drive. A change from the former belt-driven method to the newly developed drive system dramatically improves maneuverability. This newly developed driving mechanism increases the drive speed by 64% and acceleration by 35% (compared to our previous models). The new mechanism reduces the total time required for measurement, significantly increasing the measurement efficiency.
Enhanced resistance to environment
Temperature range for guarantee accuracy: 15 to 30°C (optional)
A newly designed cover is used that prevents the X-axis guide and Y-axis carriage from being affected directly by temperature changes. Furthermore, by adopting a structure designed to suppress the deformation of the stone worktable due to temperature changes, XYZAX AXCEL minimizes the impact of temperature changes. It supports a substantially wider accuracy guarantee temperature range of 15 - 30°C while maintaining high accuracy. This temperature range for guarantee accuracy helps you save the cost for temperature control in the measuring room. (standard accuracy guarantee temperature range: 16 to 26 ℃)
Motorized indexing probe head
The PH10T PLUS is an automatic swinging probe head that is capable of high precision positioning in 720 points with a 7.5° pitch in the direction of the horizontal plane rotation angle of ±180°, and a vertical plane rotation angle of 0° to +105°. When executing the CNC measurement plan, as well as automatically rotating and measuring with the specified probe angle, it can even measure workpieces with complex shapes without frequently replacing the stylus, and it contributes to an increase in the measurement efficiency. For the installed probe, it is possible to select from, for example, the TP200 that has low measurement power and can handle a long stylus, and the TP20 that can select a variety of modules depending on the use, so this product has excellent versatility. In addition, by using the stylus changer rack as an option, it is possible to automatically replace the stylus, and so it is possible to further increase the measurement efficiency.
